okpkr Gaming Platform

To register and maintain an active account on okpkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

4.1 Currency. All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on okpkr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). okpkr does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside okpkr's control and are your responsibility.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. okpkr currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Debit Card. Available payment methods are subject to change. The current list of accepted methods is always displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your okpkr balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. okpkr does not hold your deposit funds unnecessarily — all deposits are credited as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. You must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal will be approved. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are completed within the same business day. okpkr does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods. Minimum amounts for bank transfers are published in the Cashier section of your account and may vary by bank.

4.6 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your okpkr account originate from lawful sources and that you are the legitimate owner of the payment method used. okpkr may request source-of-funds documentation as part of its KYC and AML compliance obligations.

5.1 General. okpkr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, and to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is displayed on the promotion page. okpkr will clearly show your wagering progress within your account dashboard.

5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings derived from them.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

5.5 okpkr's Discretion. okpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect players who have already commenced meeting the wagering requirements of that promotion.

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on okpkr use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and certified by internationally recognised testing laboratories. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by okpkr or any player.

6.2 Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any sporting event, okpkr's decision — based on official results from recognised sports governing bodies — shall be final.

6.3 Bet Acceptance. okpkr reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where a bet appears to exploit a pricing error, where unusual betting patterns are detected, or where the integrity of a sporting event is under review.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. Current limits are displayed within each game or market. okpkr may apply individual account-level betting limits where unusual patterns are identified.

6.5 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game or betting market — including connectivity issues, server errors, or software faults — all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. No claims for winnings that would have been generated in the absence of the malfunction will be entertained.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okpkr platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

10.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. okpkr makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that you will win any amount by using the platform. Gambling involves risk and you may lose some or all funds you deposit. You accept full responsibility for all bets and decisions made on your account.

10.2 Platform Availability. okpkr endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, and events outside okpkr's control — including internet service disruptions in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or elsewhere in Pakistan — may cause temporary service interruptions. okpkr will not be liable for losses claimed to have arisen as a result of service interruptions.

10.3 Third-Party Content. Certain games on the okpkr platform are supplied by third-party game providers. okpkr is not responsible for errors, defects, or malfunctions in third-party game software. Claims arising from third-party game issues should be directed to okpkr support, which will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.

10.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okpkr's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.5 Consequential Loss. okpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, howsoever arising, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.

11.1 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your okpkr account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawals will be processed and credited to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11.2 Closure by okpkr. okpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; provision of false identity information; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or conduct that poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to okpkr.

11.3 Effect of Closure. Upon closure of your account — whether voluntary or by okpkr — your licence to use the platform terminates immediately. Legitimate balances (i.e., real-money funds not subject to any forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of account closure, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.1 Raising a Dispute. If you believe that a transaction, game result, or account action is incorrect or has been applied in error, you must contact okpkr's support team via live chat within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

12.2 Resolution Process. okpkr will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 5 business days. Where additional investigation is required — for example, reviewing game logs or payment provider records — a resolution may take up to 14 business days. You will be kept informed of progress throughout.

12.3 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with okpkr's resolution of your dispute, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under okpkr's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable escalation body are available in the Help Centre section of the platform.

12.4 Game Logs as Evidence. okpkr maintains detailed logs of all game rounds, bet placements, and account transactions. In the event of any dispute, these logs shall constitute the primary source of evidence and shall be treated as conclusive unless demonstrable technical error can be established.

14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under okpkr's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Players located in Pakistan acknowledge that online gaming regulation is subject to ongoing legislative development and agree to use the platform in accordance with these Terms irrespective of the regulatory environment in their jurisdiction.

14.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through okpkr's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under okpkr's international gaming licence. You agree to submit to such jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform.

14.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and okpkr with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
